The line-up of the Vanclaes staff at our office is impressive, but without Ed and his technical team who produce and maintain the Vanclaes products with passion and dedication, it would be useless. The production of the many components, end products and custom designs is provided by a group of enthusiastic and expert employees. Ed has been the production manager and foreman of the Vanclaes Factory since December 1, 2018 and in that job he has all the technical staff under him. Ed is an experienced metalworker with a rich knowledge of stainless steel manufacturing and also has many years of experience in managing production and assembly companies. Ed oversees the quality, productivity and reliability of all employees and processes within the factory and final inspection and is also often involved as a technical specialist in the development of new products and production methods.
